Featured—Remodeling Projects

The client wanted a bar but not a traditional style bar—more like an open kitchen layout. They like to entertain and wanted space for a lot of people that didn’t feel closed off or crowded. They also did not want a traditional style refrigerator, so Wilderness Woodworks created two under counter beverage centers and double refrigerator drawers. Instead of a large sink a corner bar sink was installed saving a lot of space that would otherwise be wasted on a full size sink. Beautiful built-in wine storage displays the client’s collection. A large screen TV is featured prominently when in use but becomes a space enhancing mirror when not needed.

The cabinets are made from knotty alder. Accent pieces are walnut. This custom finish was chosen to blend well with existing large slate tile
